Refunds offered on defective or incorrect listed merchandise only. We will exchange sizes but Returns must be made with tags still attached and shipping paid for by seller. Refunds will be made minus shipping charges.

Coin orders usually ship within 24 hrs. Clothing and embroidery items will take 7 - 10 buisness days to ship. These items come shipped twice a week from the distributor. Occationally items become unavailable. You will be notified of items temporaraly out of stock or backordered. In which case you will be given a choice of a full refund or shipment as soon as it comes available ( usually within 30 days).
